Integrate data from all sources into one place, easily accessible
Existing digital systems across all dealerships continuously produce data. Most of them are siloed, unstructured, not standardized, and difficult to understand. MARS helps integrating data from all available sources from internal databases to 3rd party APIs, and even web/app scraping. All data is organized in a single, centralized data warehouse, enabling relevant users to access it seamlessly.
Apply AI-based customer identity resolution
Integrating all customer data in one place raises another critical issue. We found that there is no primary key to join customers between data sources. Therefore, MARS develop a machine learning algorithm that intelligently stitches customer data based on the similarity score, taking into account all available attributes, and assign a unique ID for each customer.

Internal stakeholders of OpenRoad are now able to make use of the integrated data with a series of analytics dashboards, such as Customer 360 and Vehicle 360, which visualize data from a single-view perspective, with holistic and up-to-date information, near real-time. Furthermore, the big data infrastructure is also being integrated with the existing email campaign platform not only for data enrichment but also for targeted, personalized campaign automation by employing customer segmentation
