Andi Meydisayanti
Chairwoman
An IT analyst by training and a sociopreneur, Andi had spent a few years of her early career with a distinguished Law Firm in Nebraska, USA, using her expertise in Management Information System, she asssisted in the case against Tyson Food. In Indonesia, she has managed numerous community development and SMEs empowerment projects.
With PT. Mars Indonesia Digital, she is the driving force to guide the company to be the leading data research & technology consulting firm in Indonesia.
Hardi saputra
Chief Executive Officer
A statistician by training, Hardi has spent most of his career helping several tech start-ups take off of the ground and make them profitable companies, among them are Sayurbox and Gojek. One of his important contribution with PT Mars Indonesia Digital is his leadership on the partnership with Ministry of Agriculture during design and development of successful ‘Agriculture War Room’ project.
In addition to his statistics first degree, Hardi has completed Master in Data Science from University of Auckland and Ph.D in Development Studies from Hasanuddin University (UNHAS).
Andika dini
Chief Financial Officer
An accountant by training, Dini had spent her first 7 years experience as tax consultant. Since then she has been involved in financial managerial positions overseeing financial activities of many research projects carried out by PT Mars Indonesia and PT Mars Indonesia Digital.
Dini received accounting degree from Persada Indonesia University (UPI) and master’s degree in administration from Krisnadwipayana University (UNKRIS).
Hery Kameswara
Senior Advisor
An economist by training, Hery has had extensive 29 years of experience in both private and public sectors. For the last 17 years he has dedicated himself in international development mission to help empower Indonesian SMEs and smallholder farmers through public-private partnership scheme mostly funded by US Government Institutions (USAID and MCC) and many global corporations. Totally, he has overseen US$ 50 million value of international development projects.
Hery received economics degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale (SIU-C), US.
